Create a Customer List Audience
A Customer List matches data from your customer list (email, mobile advertiser ID, or phone number) with our community. With Customer List Audiences you’ll be able to easily upload your customer lists, get audience insights (such as the number of matched Snapchatters), edit and remove audiences, and create Lookalikes from your uploaded data.
Create a Customer List Audience
To create a Customer List Audience:

Log in to Ads Manager. Then click the menu in the top left corner and select Audiences.

Click New Audience and select Custom Audience. Then select the Customer List.

Drag and drop or click to upload your customer list file, or copy and paste values into the upload dialogue. You can download the example files for reference by clicking on the links above the upload dialogue. Files should follow these formatting rules:

A single column of emails OR mobile advertising IDs OR phone numbers. Mixing emails, mobile advertising IDs, or phone numbers in the same file is not supported

File extension should be .csv or .txt

ALWAYS include the country code in your customers’ phone numbers, such as 1 for the United States, 44 for the United Kingdom, and 33 for France. As a best practice, we also recommend removing any non-numeric characters such as whitespace, parentheses, +, or - from phone numbers.

There is no hard limit on file size, but for the best user experience we recommend keeping the file size below 1GB. You can upload additional files to an audience after your initial upload.

Enter your audience name and description. Then click Upload.
